Dominique Greco is the founder of the Orlando Hospitality Alliance—Central Florida’s only organization dedicated to supporting the people behind the region’s “local & social” scene: food, drink, nightlife, music, creative spaces, and more. Built from the ground up in 2022, OHA is a homegrown network where business owners, operators, and experts come together to share knowledge, navigate challenges, and keep Orlando’s culture-driven economy thriving.

A former Nighttime Economy Manager for the City of Orlando—and one of the first in the world—Dominique brings a rare blend of government insight and operator empathy to the table. Through OHA, she has launched initiatives like industry pop-ups, board-led advising programs, and t*COMING SOON* the region’s first Small Biz Hotline (powered by Uber Eats), making expert support accessible to hospitality entrepreneurs across the region.

Known for her strategic mind and grassroots approach, Dominique built OHA as both a network and a movement—connecting doers and dreamers who believe Orlando deserves more visibility, more support, and more community.
