Vendor Agreement & Hold Harmless Terms
By submitting this form and participating in any event hosted or organized by the Orlando Hospitality Alliance (OHA), you agree to the following:
You participate at your own risk and are fully responsible for your property, products, team, and setup.
You must have all state and locally required licenses, permits, and insurance visible and comply with all local laws and safety regulations.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Hospitality Alliance of Central Florida, Goblin Studios, the event venue and property owners, and all event sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities related to your participation.
OHA and its partners are not responsible for any theft, damage, accidents, or food/service-related issues.
Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the event. No refunds for no-shows or early breakdowns.
Unprofessional, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
You grant permission for OHA and event partners to use photos or video of your booth or products for promotional purposes.
You agree to use all digital channels at your disposal to promote your participation in this event.
