What is OHA?
Orlando Hospitality Alliance is a community-driven nonprofit organization founded by Dominique Greco in 2021 to bring Orlando’s hospitality community together. Built from Dominique’s background in nightlife, city government, and hospitality leadership, OHA was created to bridge the gap between industry professionals, resources, mentorship, and collaboration. Since the beginning, we’ve built a strong network of hospitality professionals who are ready to connect, support one another, and make it easier for Orlando’s hospitality community to grow together.

What we do
We help hospitality professionals across Orlando grow through expert support, industry connections, and real opportunities. Through our helpline that connects you with our network of industry experts, along with strategic partnerships, promotional opportunities, business resources, and networking events, we help hospitality professionals solve challenges, expand their network, and grow stronger businesses.
